Appenzell probably has one of the greenest grass in Switzerland (or the world!) with the iconic guesthouse and restaurant (Gasthaus Aescher Wildkirchli) below several paragliders. Hermits used to rest here. A type of cheese is also named after this place not because it was produced here but because the recipe comes from here.
